Gestión curricular para mejorar la práctica docente, respecto a la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática en el nivel primaria de la Institución Educativa N° 0414 De Tocache

Abstract

El presente plan de acción tiene como objetivo general la gestión curricular para mejorar la práctica docente, respecto a la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática en el nivel primaria de la institución educativa 0414 de Tocache. Teniendo una población beneficiaria de toda la comunidad escolar con 1 directivo, 18 docentes, 356 estudiantes y 160 padres de familia. Donde proponemos tres tipologías determinadas en las que divide el proceso de investigación-acción, la primera basada en la visión científica de la resolución de problemas, la segunda en los procesos de interpretación, denominada práctico-deliberativa, y la tercera de naturaleza crítico-emancipadora. La técnica utilizada en el presente trabajo académico es la entrevista y el instrumento la guía de entrevista, la cual fue elegida por su funcionalidad. La técnica e instrumentos que se utilizará para la implementación son: La entrevista y el cuestionario y el guion de la entrevista. Teniendo como resultado la insuficiente gestión curricular respecto a la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática del nivel primaria de la institución educativa. 0414 de Tocache. En conclusión: Deficiente aplicación de estrategias didácticas Falta de apoyo en la metodología en el área de matemática e insuficiente monitoreo y acompañamiento por parte del directivo. Como el mal uso de los materiales educativos y no ejecutar las normas de convivencia. Debiendo empoderar, fortalecer, gestionar, optimizar y monitorear para mejorar la práctica docente, respecto a la resolución de problemas en el área de matemática.
