La gestión curricular para la aplicación de estrategias didácticas de los docentes en el área de matemática del Nivel Inicial N°182 San Luis- Amarilis-Huanuco-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo denominado Gestión Curricular para la aplicación de Estrategias Didácticas de los docentes en el Área de Matemática del Nivel Inicial de la IEI N° 182 San Luis-Amarilis-Huánuco”, tiene como propósito dar solución a la problemática que se presenta en la práctica docente en el Marco del Fortalecimiento del Liderazgo Pedagógico. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general: Mejorar la Gestión curricular en la aplicación de estrategias didácticas de los docentes en el área de matemática del nivel inicial de la IEI N° 182 San Luis- Amarilis-Huánuco-2018. La puerta en marcha del Plan de Acción se sustenta en los diferentes referentes teóricos que nos proporciona información importante para la investigación y lograr de esta manera alcanzar nuestro objetivo, para lograr cumplir con los compromisos por parte de los docentes, alumnos y padres de familia que conforman la Institución Inicial N° 182 para lograr la escuela que queremos donde se imparten aprendizajes de calidad. La investigación está proyectada en el paradigma interpretativo y el enfoque cualitativo educacional, la muestra es de dos docentes y 70 estudiantes, para el recojo de información se aplicaron dos instrumentos la guía de observación y la entrevista estructurada para determinar el nivel de logro de aprendizajes, las dificultades, manejo y uso de estrategias para el Desarrollo de Competencias en el Área de Matemática

The door in progress of the Action Plan is based on the different theoretical references that provide us with important information for the investigation and thus achieve our objective, to achieve compliance with the commitments on the part of the teachers, students and parents who They make up Initial Institution No. 182 to achieve the school we want where quality learning is taught. The research is projected in the interpretive paradigm and the qualitative educational approach, the sample is made up of two teachers and 70 students, for the collection of information two instruments were applied: the observation guide and the structured interview to determine the level of learning achievement, the difficulties, management and use of strategies for the Development of Competences in the Area of ​​Mathematics
