Gestión en la Organización de la convivencia escolar en la Institución Educativa inicial alto alianza del Distrito de Hunter - Arequipa

Abstract

El Plan de acción que se presenta, tiene por motivación mejorar la convivencia escolar, deseando crear un ambiente saludable alegre para generar los aprendizajes; por lo que promovemos, en la Institución Educativa Inicial Alto Alianza, el Plan de acción basado en la realidad institucional cual es: Gestión en la organización de la convivencia escolar, siendo nuestro objetivo, mejorar la gestión de la organización de la convivencia escolar a través de un plan de mejora en la institución, el cual estará dirigido por la directora como líder pedagógica y los beneficiarios serán los estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia, en consecuencia luego del fortalecimiento de capacidades a los docentes, tendremos niños con un ambiente de alegría y saludable, con mejoras en su aprendizaje. Este Plan de acción surge del análisis de la problemática de nuestro contexto, partiendo de un diagnóstico real. La investigación realizada es de tipo aplicada educacional y descriptivo propositivo ya que permite la participación de todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, con la intención de dar respuesta a la problemática escasa organización de la convivencia escolar. Era necesario entonces pensar en la implementación de un plan de mejora de capacidades pedagógicas como alternativa de solución, sustentada en referentes conceptuales y teóricos que verifican las diferentes acciones propuestas para mejorar los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes y fortalecer las capacidades profesionales de nuestros docentes. Es importante reconocer que este trabajo permitirá crear un ambiente saludable de aprendizaje para los niños, ya que partirá de crear condiciones para que exista un clima escolar favorable. Ante todo somos responsables y tenemos que lograr el compromiso de toda la comunidad educativa para poner en marcha este Plan de acción y lograr el objetivo final, mejorar los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes.

The Action Plan that is presented is motivated to improve school coexistence, wishing to create a happy healthy environment to generate learning; For this reason, we promote, in the Alto Alianza Initial Educational Institution, the Action Plan based on the institutional reality, which is: Management in the organization of school coexistence, our objective being to improve the management of the organization of school coexistence through of an improvement plan in the institution, which will be directed by the director as a pedagogical leader and the beneficiaries will be the students, teachers and parents, consequently after strengthening the capacities of the teachers, we will have children with an atmosphere of joy and healthy, with improvements in their learning.

This Action Plan arises from the analysis of the problems of our context, based on a real diagnosis. The research carried out is of an applied educational and descriptive purposeful type since it allows the participation of all the members of the educational community, with the intention of responding to the problem of poor organization of school coexistence. It was then necessary to think about the implementation of a plan to improve pedagogical skills as an alternative solution, based on conceptual and theoretical references that verify the different actions proposed to improve the learning of our students and strengthen the professional skills of our teachers.

It is important to recognize that this work will create a healthy learning environment for children, since it will start from creating conditions for a favorable school climate. Above all, we are responsible and we have to achieve the commitment of the entire educational community to implement this Action Plan and achieve the final objective, to improve the learning of our students.
