Gestión del clima escolar frente al nuevo enfoque educativo en la Institución Educativa N°006 Inmaculada Niña Maria Las Moras - Huanuco 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo Plan de Acción ha sido elaborado con la finalidad de atender la problemática priorizada que afecta directamente los aprendizajes de los de los niños Institución Educativa Inicial N° 006 “INM” está referido a “La Escasa gestión del clima escolar frente al nuevo enfoque educativo en la I.E.I. No. 006 “Inmaculada Niña María” Las Moras-Huánuco - 2018”. Los padres de familia realizan comparaciones con otras instituciones sobre la enseñanza no respetan la edad evolutiva de sus hijos y los padres de familia no respetan el aprendizaje que están recibiendo sus hijos y en sus hogares les dejan tareas y no respetan la edad cronológica de sus hijos en el nivel inicial mediante una entrevista se diagnosticó que los padres de familia desean que sus hijos a temprana edad aprendan a leer, escribir ,contar lo que se vio en la institución educativa es la “La Escasa gestión del clima escolar frente al nuevo enfoque educativo en la I.E.I. No. 006 “Inmaculada Niña María” Las Moras-Huánuco - 2018”. Mediante diseño de investigación es investigación-acción participativa. El instrumento utilizado para la obtención de datos es la ficha de entrevista a profundidad. Se diagnostico que los padres de familia desconocen los nuevos enfoques del aprendizaje por eso existe un clima de insatisfaccíón se demostro una gestión escasa y para fortalecer se realizo Escuela de padres, talleres para la buena relación y comunicación entre la comunidada educativa.

It was diagnosed that parents are unaware of the new approaches to learning, which is why there is a climate of dissatisfaction, poor management was demonstrated and to strengthen it, a Parent School, workshops for good relationship and communication between the educational community were carried out.
