Plan de formación continua dirigido al dominio de la planificación curricular en el fortalecimiento de la gestión curricular en la I.E 40864025 “Agropecuario Pucallpillo”, De La Ciudad De Pucallpa

Abstract

El presente plan de acción se ha elaborado gracias al trabajo consensuado de los entes educativos y teniendo en cuenta el diagnóstico realizado en la Institucion Educativa en tal sentido se determinó trabajar el plan de formacion continua dirigido al dominio de la planificación curricular en el fortalecimiento de la gestión curricular teniendo cuyo objetivo general la elaboración del plan de formacion continua dirigido a fortalecer el dominio del proceso de planificación curricular para mejorar la gestión curricular en la I.E la misma que se encuentra constituida por nueve docentes y cincuenta y ocho estudiantes. Para su elaboración se tuvo en cuenta el ¿Cómo debe ser? que está vinculada a las orientaciones del Currículo Nacional el ¿Cómo es? Que se relaciona al trabajo que realizan los docentes y en el ¿Qué hacer? Que se relaciona con los objetivos que tiene la intención de fortalecer el dominio del proceso de planificación curricular con la única finalidad de mejorar la gestión curricular, para que el plan sea viable se debe poner en marcha el trabajo colaborativo, el uso adecuado del tiempo, los espacios de reflexión y el asesoramiento permanente a los docentes las que se cimientan en las acciones y nos enmarcan a solucionar el problema priorizado. En conclusión partimos de una Investigación Participativa donde se implementaran acciones las que generaran cambios pertinentes y el logro de los objetivos planteados, de esta manera alcanzar el tipo de estudiante que queremos formar convirtiendo a la I.E en eficaz y eficiente donde se trabaje de manera colaborativa y se organice los tiempos de manera adecuada.

This action plan has been prepared thanks to the consensual work of the educational entities and taking into account the diagnosis made in the Educational Institution in this sense, it was determined to work on the continuous training plan aimed at mastering curricular planning in strengthening the curricular management having the general objective of developing the continuous training plan aimed at strengthening the mastery of the curricular planning process to improve curricular management in the IE, which is made up of nine teachers and fifty-eight students.

For its elaboration, the How should it be? which is linked to the guidelines of the National Curriculum, How is it? What is related to the work carried out by teachers and in the What to do? That is related to the objectives that intend to strengthen the mastery of the curricular planning process with the sole purpose of improving curricular management, for the plan to be viable, collaborative work must be implemented, the appropriate use of time, the spaces for reflection and permanent advice to teachers, which are based on actions and frame us to solve the prioritized problem.

In conclusion, we start from a Participatory Research where actions will be implemented that will generate pertinent changes and the achievement of the proposed objectives, in this way reaching the type of student that we want to train, making the I.E effective and efficient where work is done collaboratively and time is organized appropriately.
