Gestión curricular para favorecer el desarrollo de los procesos didácticos en el área de ciencia y tecnología en los docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 32002 "Virgen Del Carmen”, Huánuco-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación está orientado a Institucionalizar la comunidad profesional de aprendizaje para mejorar la gestión curricular que favorezcan el desarrollo de los procesos didácticos en el área de ciencia y tecnología en los docentes de la I.E. N° 32002 "Virgen del Carmen”, Huánuco-2018, en ella se encuentran involucrados dos directivos, 24 docentes de educación primaria, 633 alumnos del primer al sexto grado y los padres de familia. Este trabajo de investigación es de naturaleza participativa, siguiendo la línea de Roberts, ello con la finalidad de resolver una problemática e implementar cambios, con participación de los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Para realizar el diagnostico se utilizó las técnicas de entrevista profundidad, para recabar información en directo a los actores educacionales (maestros) sobre el desarrollo de los procesos didácticos del área de ciencia y ambiente, el análisis de documentos y la observación participante, y se materializo a través de recojo de información por medio del cuestionario, la guía de observación y el análisis de las Sesiones de aprendizaje. Ello permitirá mejorar la gestión curricular, haciendo que los docentes se empoderen del sustento científico y apliquen correctamente los procesos didácticos en el área de ciencia y ambiente, mejorando per se los aprendizajes en dicha área.
