Gestión curricular para fortalecer la práctica docente en el uso de los materiales didácticos del área de matemática en la I.E. N° 32176 de Yamor

Abstract

La naturaleza de la investigación se origina por la necesidad de solucionar el problema que nace de una realidad y la motivación personal por querer que los estudiantes sean los directos protagonistas en este proceso; se basa en las variables de Kenneth Leithwood para la realización del Plan de Acción, cuyo nombre es “gestión curricular para fortalecer la práctica docente en el uso de los materiales didácticos del área de matemática en la I.E. N° 32176 de Yamor”, asimismo se plantea el objetivo general: “efectivizar la gestión curricular en el uso de los materiales didácticos para los aprendizajes del área de matemática en la I.E. N° 32176 de Yamor”, contando con la participación de un docente, un directivo y 21 estudiantes. Para la elaboración del Plan de Acción, el tipo de investigación que se usó fue aplicada y el diseño de investigación acción participativa; los instrumentos usados fueron el cuestionario y la encuesta. La implementación y la aplicación del Plan de Acción va permitir a que se solucione de manera pertinente el problema planteado Habiendo ya concluido los módulos de aprendizaje en el Programa de Segunda Especialidad en Gestión Escolar con Liderazgo Pedagógico, presento el Plan de Acción titulado gestión curricular para fortalecer la práctica docente en el uso de los materiales didácticos del área de matemática en la I.E. N° 32176 de Yamor; que busca logros de aprendizajes significativos de los y las estudiantes en el área de matemática, a través del fortalecimiento de la práctica docente en el manejo de materiales didácticos. La problemática fue identificada en función a las actividades de monitoreo y acompañamiento realizada. Para dar solución a la problemática se tiene que dar cumplimiento a las acciones propuestas en las alternativas de solución.

No. 32176 of Yamor”, with the participation of a teacher, a director and 21 students. For the elaboration of the Action Plan, the type of research that was used was applied and the participatory action research design; the instruments used were the questionnaire and the survey. The implementation and application of the Action Plan will allow the problem raised to be solved in a pertinent manner. Having already completed the learning modules in the Second Specialty Program in School Management with Pedagogical Leadership, I present the Action Plan entitled curricular management for Strengthen teaching practice in the use of didactic materials in the area of ​​mathematics in the I.E. No. 32176 of Yamor; that seeks significant learning achievements of the students in the area of ​​mathematics, through the strengthening of teaching practice in the management of didactic materials. The problem was identified based on the monitoring and support activities carried out. In order to solve the problem, the actions proposed in the alternative solutions must be complied with.
