Propuesta de un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para la mejora de la gestión curricular en el nivel secundaria de la IE. “Germán Tejada Vela” distrito y provincia de Moyobamba, región San Martín

Abstract

Considerando que el Plan de Acción, es un instrumento guía que prioriza las iniciativas más importantes de la Institución Educativa para cumplir con los compromisos de gestión escolar, se pone a consideración el Plan de Acción denominado PROPUESTA DE UN PLAN DE MONITOREO, ACOMPAÑAMIENTO Y EVALUACIÓN PARA LA MEJORA DE LA GESTIÓN CURRICULAR EN EL NIVEL SECUNDARIO DE LA IE. “GERMÁN TEJADA VELA” DISTRITO Y PROVINCIA DE MOYOBAMBA, REGIÓN SAN MARTÍN cuyo objetivo es diseñar un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para la mejorara de la gestión curricular, comprometerá a 14 docentes ubicados en el VI ciclo de la EBR, de los cuales se decidió trabajar con una muestra representativa de 8 docentes, de los que 2 son de matemática, 2 de comunicación, 2 de Ciencias Sociales y 2 de CTA; lo que representaría el 57.1 %. Los criterios han sido determinados por conveniencia correspondiente a las áreas de Comunicación, Matemática, Ciencias Sociales y CTA. El tipo de investigación es aplicada, es educacional, y está dirigido a resolver problemas en la gestión de la educación, desde el punto de vista del diseño de estudio, es Investigación Acción Participativa. Los instrumentos que se emplearán para recoger la información destacan la Entrevista y la Guía de Entrevista. El Plan de acción, ha sido diseñado mediante la participación activa del colectivo de docentes Su influencia positiva se verá reflejada en el logro de las metas propuestas y por ende en la mejora del desempeño docente y la mejora de los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes.

The criteria have been determined for convenience corresponding to the areas of Communication, Mathematics, Social Sciences and CTA. The type of research is applied, it is educational, and it is aimed at solving problems in the management of education, from the point of view of study design, it is Participatory Action Research. The instruments that will be used to collect the information include the Interview and the Interview Guide. The Action Plan has been designed through the active participation of the group of teachers. Its positive influence will be reflected in the achievement of the proposed goals and therefore in the improvement of teaching performance and the improvement of the learning of our students.
