Gestión curricular en el uso de estrategias metodológicas de la institución educativa N° 43178 José Olaya Balandra de la Provincia de Ilo - Moquegua

Abstract

El presente Plan de Acción se elabora con el objetivo de Optimizar la Gestión Curricular en el uso de Estrategias Metodológicas de los docentes de la Institución educativa “José Olaya Balandra” de la Provincia de Ilo. La institución Educativa está conformada por 24 docentes de aula, 02 de Educación física y 02 del Aula de innovación Pedagógica, tiene una población estudiantil de 700 estudiantes y 600 padres de familia. Para esta investigación el diseño empleado es el de la Investigación Acción Participativa, una variante del diseño Investigación Acción, pues según Hernández (2014), este diseño se da cuando una problemática de una comunidad necesita resolverse y se pretende lograr el cambio. Los instrumentos a emplearse para el recojo y análisis de información son los cuestionarios, la ficha de observación, la Guía de entrevista y la ficha documental. Con el presente Plan de acción se pretende realizar acciones de capacitación y acompañamiento al trabajo del docente fortaleciendo sus capacidades en el uso de estrategias metodológicas activas que favorezcan el aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes.

This Action Plan is elaborated with the objective of Optimizing Curricular Management in the use of Methodological Strategies of the teachers of the educational Institution "José Olaya Balandra" of the Province of Ilo. The Educational institution is made up of 24 classroom teachers, 02 from Physical Education and 02 from the Pedagogical Innovation Classroom, it has a student population of 700 students and 600 parents. For this research, the design used is that of Participatory Action Research, a variant of the Action Research design, since according to Hernández (2014), this design occurs when a problem in a community needs to be resolved and the aim is to achieve change. The instruments to be used for the collection and analysis of information are the questionnaires, the observation sheet, the interview guide and the documentary file. With this Action Plan it is intended to carry out training actions and accompaniment to the work of the teacher, strengthening their capacities in the use of active methodological strategies that favor the meaningful learning of the students.
