Gestión curricular para el trabajo con niños y niñas con discapacidad o con riesgo de adquirirla del prite semi rural Pachacutec del distrito de Cerro Colorado – Arequipa

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico titulado: Gestión curricular para el trabajo con niños y niñas con discapacidad o con riesgo de adquirirla del PRITE Semi Rural Pachacutec del distrito de Cerro Colorado-Arequipa, es un Plan de acción que surge de la idea de mejorar el nivel de logro de los aprendizajes en el Programa de Intervención Temprana (PRITE); se ha elaborado a partir de la problemática detectada referente a la Inadecuada gestión curricular para el trabajo con niños y niñas de dicho Programa, donde los bajos logros de aprendizajes de los estudiantes, evidencian una gestión curricular ineficiente por parte del directivo: lo cual motivo realizar el trabajo con el siguiente objetivo general: Fortalecer la gestión curricular para el trabajo con niños y niñas con discapacidad o con riesgo de adquirirla a través de la implementación un plan de trabajo colegiado, teniendo como participantes al personal directivo y a las tres docentes que laboran en Institución Educativa. Los cuatro objetivos específicos del Plan de acción, se refieren a: Mejorar la gestión, , Implementar acciones de capacitación y actualización, Mejorar el monitoreo acompañamiento y evaluación y Promover la organización de la CPA. El tipo de investigación utilizado es la Aplicada y el enfoque Cualitativo. Como lección aprendida, queda la necesidad de que el directivo ejerza con calidad su liderazgo pedagógico para influir de manera colegiada sobre tres variables mediadora: condiciones, capacidades y motivaciones que garanticen un buen desempeño docente y con ello asegurar el logro de mejores aprendizajes por parte de los estudiantes del nivel Inicial de la modalidad de Educación Especial.

The present academic work entitled: Curricular management for work with children with disabilities or at risk of acquiring it from the PRITE Semi Rural Pachacutec of the district of Cerro Colorado-Arequipa, is an action plan that arises from the idea of ​​improving the level of achievement of learning in the Early Intervention Program (PRITE); It has been elaborated from the problem detected regarding the Inadequate curricular management for the work with boys and girls of said Program, where the low learning achievements of the students, show an inefficient curricular management by the director: which is the reason to carry out the work with the following general objective: Strengthen curricular management for work with children with disabilities or at risk of acquiring it through the implementation of a collegiate work plan, having as participants the management staff and the three teachers who work in Educational institution. The four specific objectives of the Action Plan refer to: Improve management, Implement training and updating actions, Improve monitoring, follow-up and evaluation, and Promote the organization of the CPA. The type of research used is Applied and the Qualitative approach. As a lesson learned, there remains the need for the principal to exercise his pedagogical leadership with quality in order to influence, in a collegiate manner, three mediating variables: conditions, capacities and motivations that guarantee good teaching performance and thereby ensure the achievement of better learning on the part of students of the Initial level of the Special Education modality.
