Abstract

El presente trabaja tituladogestión curricular resolución de problemas matemáticos en docentes de la institución educativa “Ovidio Decroly” distrito de Yanacancha, cuyo objetivo principal es fortalecer la gestión curricular resolución de problemasmatemáticos en docentes del nivel inicial, con los agentes involucrados. Desde el enfoque investigación aplicada propositiva, permite ser aplicable por tener las características de ser flexible, abierto y holística enfocado a poner en práctica y modificar, teniendo punto importante la resolución de problemas matemáticos de docentes del nivel inicial.El Diseño de investigación acción participativa, los instrumentos aplicados para obtener los resultadosson diagnóstico, entrevista a profundidad, cuestionarios de preguntas abiertas, para realizar el seguimiento aplicará la técnica de observación acompañado con cuaderno de campo, ficha de seguimiento, evaluación y registros con la finalidad de obtener los resultados del plan de acción con dinámicas y trabajos grupales, instrumentos guías no estructurados El plan de acción nos permitió involucrar al quehacer educativo a todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa con el trabajo colaborativa efectivizando la aplicación de estrategias y metodología en resolución de problemas matemáticos en el nivel inicial. En conclusión, podemos mencionar que para solucionar el problema Ineficiente uso de estrategias metodológicas enresolución de problemas matemáticos, Insuficiente monitoreo, acompañamientoa docentes del nivel inicial, considerando como estrategias talleres de capacitación, círculos de interaprendizaje, visitas a las aulas para los monitoreos, con el propósito de mejorar el trabajo de la práctica docente y logros satisfactorios del nivel inicial, esto permite que otras instituciones puedan poner en práctica.
